Dr. Mohamad Itani

He joined the Division of Craniofacial Orthopedic at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) where he focused not only on establishing a course on Periodontics for the Orthodontic residents and a hospital practice of periodontics and surgical implants side but he also expanded his career by co-establishing hospital dentistry at AUBMC.

Dr. Itani is a fellow in the International College of Dentist (ICD), a prestigious honor dental society. Dr. Itani lifework strengthened his belief in teamwork and gained a strong knowledge of communication skills with various medical specialties. He strongly believes in interdisciplinary approach to dentistry and its implication and benefit to his patient.

Outside professional life, Dr. Itani enjoys spending time with his family, playing Golf and Tennis.
